Breakthrough Reading Scheme

I've finally found them..the very first books I had at primary school. It was the Breakthrough reading scheme. They were published in 1970 by Longman (and I am just relieved to have finally found out what they were!)

I remember flash cards with words, but I was associating them with Roger Red Hat, but it's quite possible that they were in fact to do with these books instead.
